Women and Ethnic Minority Groups

I have a special interest in working with women, and both men and women from ethnic minority backgrounds.

I have successfully coached and mentored women into executive posts including to chief executive position. My own experiences and career allow me to understand how women can be successful in senior positions and achieve high levels or performance at work and balance this with a home and family commitments.

My own background of mixed race and work/life experiences gives me unique insight into the issues of ethnic minority groups, which I have been able to use successfully with individuals to help them move forward and address issues at work and home.
