Executive and Business Coaching Services

I also work with executives and other professional groups based in organisations. The work can be initiated by the organisation or by a client asking their company to support one or more staff to have coaching to deal with specific issues. I am happy to work with several executives/senior staff from a senior team or with individuals on work related problems, poor performance and developmental issues. I also facilitate ‘team building’ or ‘away days’.

In executive coaching I will address the relevant work related issues, but will necessarily have to understand the personalities, experiences and approaches to life and work of individuals in order to address issues which may influence work related performance. This will allow us to identify action plans to make positive changes.

I will always maintain confidentiality but when employed by an organisation I will agree upfront the form in which feedback reports take place and agree the outcomes expected.
